Swap making

Prepped and ready to go!
I spent the afternoon making 40 swaps for demonstrator training which happens next Saturday in Peterborough. It's also a chance for me to give you a sneek peek of some Sale-a-Bration (SAB) items. I've used gorgeous Rich Razzleberry card stock (I flipping love this colour!). I used a SAB stamp set called 'Bloomin' Marvellous' - don't you love that cute little humming bird? I am a sucker for birds and flowers so I had to have this set. I also used a selection of SAB designer paper, this set is called sycamore street and I love the juicy colours they're just the tonic at this time of year.
If you want to get your mitts on some SAB items you can get them FREE when you spend £45 - yay!  SAB starts on 22nd January and runs until 22nd March.  This is the best time of year to hostess a party - so if you've been thinking about it, stop thinking and call me to book one!!  Our new Spring/Summer seasonal catalogue also launches in February so why not book a Fab Feb party now!

Flying high for Dad!

Stampin' Up! Up, Up and Away stamp set, framelits labels collection die set, Bigz Dies Two Tags

I have been dying to use some of the products in the new Summer mini catalogue and so I couldn't wait to put together these lovely cards for my May class in Howden.  Inspired by Father's Day I wanted to use some bright and funky colours as well as the gorgeous 'Up, Up and Away' stamp set.
On Saturday 26th May you can attend my card making class in Howden (click my Classes tab for details of location and times) and make these two cards and a gift card holder for Dad.
I've used rich razzleberry card stock as my main colour with old olive and pacific point as my accent colours.  I've also used the brand new Framelits Labels collection die for the Big Shot to cut out the super layer in white on the left hand card and I've used the Two Tags Bigz die to cut out the old olive layer on the card on the right, this die was also used to make the gift card holder insert.
It should be an exciting class as each project uses dies, stamps, inks and markers and a bit of cutting too!

April Class

We'll be waving our flags this month in class as we make two lovely birthday cards using the Pennant builder punch.  The colour schemes won't be red, white and blue though but the cards will be great for male and female birthdays and we'll even be making a little gift box to match the ladies card using the Pillow Box Big Shot die.

I'm sure we'll have a fun crafty morning, so if you want to join us please drop me an e-mail before Wednesday so I know how many kits to make up.
